管理培训生招聘
绫致时装2009年度培训生计划是公司针对人才发展的重要战略之一。该计划旨在培养和挖掘具有在服装行业发展潜质的人才，使他们在深度和广度上积累专业技能与经验，并且获取对于企业运作和商业文化的全面了解以全面支持绫致时装公司在中国业务的快速发展。

该计划包括为销售，生产等各领域的全面人才培育。公司为每个培训生度身定做了一个发展计划。通过不同岗位的工作轮调、专业的培训课程、以及接受资深经理的工作指导和个人辅导等，培训生将完全融入公司文化和其所在的部门运作中，并为自己职业生涯的继续发展奠定一个扎实的基础。
